Business Policies
- A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve your charter date.
- In the event of inclement weather or mechanical failure, deposits will be carried over to another available date. The captain reserves the right to cancel any charter and the deposit monies will be applied to another trip.
- Customer cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled trip and deposit monies will be applied to another available charter date.
- Customer cancellations made after the 2 week deadline are subject to loss of deposit.
- The captain complies with the U.S. Coast Guard zero tolerance policy. If illegal substances are brought onboard, the vessel will return to the dock immediately at the customers expense.
- Drugs or drunkeness will not be tolerated and will put an end to your day.
- Customers must supply their own food and drink. Beer cans are acceptable — no bottles please. No hard liquor.
- Anyone carelessly damaging the vessel or equipment will be charged for repairs or replacement.
- Please follow the captains instructions — they are intended for your safety.
- No firearms or knives.
- Boat shoes or sneakers only. No work boots or dress shoes please.
- a 15% gratuity is expected for the mate. They work solely on tips and work hard to make your trip as pleasurable as possible.
